Man, I don't know what's happening back home, but all I know is it's up to no good. I sure would like it if friends looked out for eachother. I'm sorry for all the shit that has happened to ya'll, but if you keep thinking that everything is gonna work out in the end and just crawl through life the way ya'll are, then the world is going to come to an end.

A good friend and I just had a really good conversation about this and it made me want to blog it. I mean, ever since I heard about Lauren Hooge dying and an old friend of mine doing drugs at raves, I have not been myself. Not a depressed state at which everyone recognizes it, but something inside that wont come out, which is why I chose to share this with everyone. Everyone knows me as "happy Kate" and "carefree Kate", but I can be sad too.

Lets see... a girl that I used to know by the name of Autumn Perry died last night of uncertain cause for right now, Maritza and Damien broke up with made my heart sink; I thought they'd be together forever.

I'm really glad that I'm not at home right now to witness this depression, even though I miss being in my room with my mom next door to help me if something's wrong or if I hurt. I love it here and I love being on my own and not having to deal with drama that was "so highschool".

The only things that will keep me and you together are friends and love. I have both so I'm set for life. I wish that everyone had such an advantage.
